Sponsors

We have many ways to sponsor this year but to receive credit for the student incentives, the sponsors need to donate money.

Attached is a sponsor letter and sponsorship levels. Families can be sponsors as well as businesses.

We are also looking for items for the raffle. Even though we cannot use that toward student incentive credit, it would be greatly appreciative since we are trying to keep expenses low so that most of the profit goes toward the purchase of the textbooks.

Sponsorship Response Form (Due March 1)

Pledge Drive

Each child will receive a pledge sheet, baggie for the money collections. Children are asked to only collect money or checks made out to St. Ignatius school. Tell the donors that the money is going toward our quest to be a Blue Ribbon School and the purchase of our textbooks.

Process:
Each Thursday starting February 7th, children will bring their bags ALONG with their pledge sheet to their teacher.  The bag will be counted that day and recorded to give them credit.  If a $100 mark is reached for the child, a raffle ticket will be made for that child. On Friday morning during assembly, those names will be read and placed in the raffle basket. The baggies will be returned along with a receipt that day. We will only collect on THURSDAYS

Classroom Thermometers will be updated by Friday. Check Wednesday folder for Bobcat Fun Run Newsletter for Updates.

Please try not to use lots of change. It makes it very hard to count.

Please try to keep children's money separate. It makes it difficult to count when one check is to be counted for multiple children.
