LifeTeen Band

Leads worship music at every 5 p.m. Sunday LIFE TEEN Mass in a praise and worship style which ministers to many people of all ages, especially the young. The Band also provides music for weddings, concerts, retreats, workshops and other events per request. New members are welcomed and encouraged.

Requirements: Open to all teens, young adults and experienced adult music ministers who wish to mentor young people in music ministry; singers should be able to carry a tune, but need not be a soloist; all instruments are welcome; also need sound and equipment technicians; complete the Diocese of Austin Ethics and Integrity Workshop; and agree to a criminal background check.

Time Commitment: Rehearses the third Thursday of each month (7-8:30 p.m.) as well as Sundays at 4 p.m. to prepare for the 5 pm Mass.
