Small Christian Communities

Small Christian Communities

Bring people together in small groups to do what the Church does as a whole: pray, share faith, learn and grow, and care for one another. They support the growth of our covenant relationship with God and God's people and serve the Church and the world. These communities are a way of being Church, similar to the small Christian communities of early Christianity as well as a social outreach as a group.

Requirements: A calling to deepen one's commitment to their covenant relationship to God and God's people as they did in the early Church.

Time Commitment: Community gatherings are at least twice a month for two hours but there are also usually commitments to outreach depending upon the community that require time.
