If you are interested in registering as a member of our parish, please take a few minutes to complete the New Parishioner Registration Form below.  If you would prefer to submit in hard copy format, please pick up a registration form in the foyer of the church, or download it here!

Once received, your request will be processed and a Newcomers Welcome Packet will be mailed to you by the St. Ignatius, Martyr, New Parishioners Committee.
