Go to the priest's line in the main aisle and ask him for a low-gluten Host. This host will be kept separately from the other hosts in a pyx. Those who prefer to receive the Precious Blood only and/or first should sit in the front pews where they would receive first in line.
Wine: The wine is made of grapes and they do not contain nuts, gluten, shellfish, or other allergens. The only ingredient that may be a concern is sulfites; however, this is present in all wines.
Hosts: The parish uses Cavanagh brand of hosts. They are 1-3/8" in size and made from white light powder, insoluble in fresh water, and have a neutral taste and flavor. It is extracted from selected wheat and it has a quantity of gluten lower than 20 ppm.
